Hi Ryan, I guess you didn't configure your XServer properly since it tells you that no glx support is available. Make sure you have: Load "glx" and Driver "nvidia" in your xorg.conf | XFree86Config In the latest 6629 driver of nvidia there is a serious bug, which probably affects you too. You only have a garbled screen which these drivers. I got a MX 4000 also and have this problem. THe problem with the older releases is, that they either don't run with the latest kernel or that they have probs with xorg. no response, closing... |
