Issue: dev-java/commons-httpclient-4.5.13 fails tests.
Discovered on: amd64 (internal ref: ci)

The test failure looks like hamcrest-core-1.3 was missing in JAVA_TEST_GENTOO_CLASSPATH.
No idea why it doesn't fail here.
