Note: Gnome no longer responds to any mounting or umounting (eject) commands either. The file manager (nautilus) no longer responds either when clicking on the USB key, until I remove the USB key. Please rebuild dev-libs/glib and sys-fs/udisksd with debug symbols enabled, and get a stack trace from gdb. https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Project:Quality_Assurance/Backtraces The probleem seems to be resolved after upgrading to glib-2.68.3-r1. Just upgraded today, plugged out and plugged in the stick several times. The kernel does seem to log something on rare occasions though: [ 3238.109819] traps: udisksd[1531] trap divide error ip:7f16a6f5698a sp:7ffdc7f72aa0 error:0 in libglib-2.0.so.0.6800.2 (deleted)[7f16a6f33000+8a000] This only happens roughly 1/20 times I plug in the stick, so it can be seen as resolved / works for me. |
