Description Fábio Alves 2005-01-28 04:47:22 UTC
I've created a armyops-ded script and configuration to use with screen instead of start-stop-daemon based on et-ded script.

Reproducible: Always

Just out of curiosity. Why is screen better?

you can check/monitor your server status (screen -r armyops-ded).
why? sometimes, servers crash and the log files aren't enough to know the reason or they don't even save the last info.

I just got a chance to look at this stuff. I definitely prefer the screen method. I am testing this locally, and will be adding it to portage shortly if no modifications are required.

I've added this to CVS...
