The ebuild has been renamed to lark: https://gitweb.gentoo.org/repo/gentoo.git/commit/?id=6fe438acb9c7e05b7c0a0f22bb86f1d3026bd9f9

It also no longer has this warning.
The issue can be marked obsolete
