It looks like SuperMicro has removed the old version of ipmiview from their website, which is currently breaking the ebuild net-misc/ipmiview-2.18.0.201007-r1.  Ultimately, the URL gets redirected here:

https://www.supermicro.com/wdl/utility/IPMIView/Linux/

Basically, it means that we likely need to bump the version to 2.19 from 2.18 in order to fix the ebuild.
