This morning I plugged my compact flash reader, inserted a compact flash card in it, tried to mount it, it did not work. I unplugged it and replugged it and the led did not light up this time. I checked dmesg and there was a Kernel BUG error message (see below)

I'm using gentoo-dev-sources 2.6.9-r14
