I'm happy to be a guinea pig. But my point is (and thanks for being one, genuinely), you're going to hit some issues where the stable packages aren't yet fixed, but the ~arch ones are. It's going to make it a bit of a pain for you to figure out which issues are 'valid'. It SHOULD be mostly okay if you use ~arch dev-qt/* and kde-*/* or avoid those though.
