/usr/bin/upssched-cmd, which is intended to be user configurable, gets overwritten if the package is reinstalled.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. edit file
2. reinstall nut
3.
Actual Results:  
edits get wiped

Expected Results:  
edits are saved with dispatch-conf

Not familiar with the package but maybe could move it to /etc/nut/upssched-cmd and update the path in upssched.conf (similar idea as /etc/acpi/ scripts).

You could do this manually yourself for now.
