I just pushed ebuild for ipt_netflow 2.6 to the portage tree. This release contains a lot of fixes both for new kernels and for package buildsystem itself.

Can you please rerun tests against new version and tell if it helps or not(as i can not reproduce this issue)?

net-firewall/ipt_netflow-2.6 emerged fine here at all images
