Bug 791244 – =app-antivirus/clamav-0.103.2: clamd init script reporting as crashed (but running)

With the latest version of app-antivirus/clamav, I see the init script (incorrectly) reporting clamd as crashed. This is a problem, as ansible will now detect that the service is not running, and fail at the attempt to start it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. /etc/init.d/clamd start
2. /etc/init.d/clamd status
3. ps aux | grep clamd
Actual Results:  
# /etc/init.d/clamd start
 * Starting clamd ...       [ ok ]
# /etc/init.d/clamd status
 * status: crashed
# ps aux | grep clamd
clamav    5147  2.2 36.4 1263092 1116808 ?     Ssl  22:06   0:11 /usr/sbin/clamd

Expected Results:  
# /etc/init.d/clamd start
 * Starting clamd ...       [ ok ]
# /etc/init.d/clamd status

It's likely that the openrc script and/or your clamd.conf are out of sync.

For app-antivirus/clamav-0.103.2, /etc/clamd.conf should have:
PidFile /run/clamd.pid

And /etc/init.d/clamd:
pidfile="/run/${RC_SVCNAME}.pid"

Please verify that files are up-to-date, perhaps you've missed an update that needed to be merged with dispatch-conf/etc-update
