this version will compile cvsup from source

also, it has more binaries/help files than the binary distro :)

stupid cvsup has a lot of /usr/local hardcoded ...

this release fixes /usr/local/etc/cvsup to /etc/cvsup

noticed i had 'import_X11()' twice ... second one should have been
'import_OpenGL()'

Karl: yes, please do. I'm always too busy, it seems, and I'll never say no to someone 
offering to take one of my bugs :-) Right now I don't have time for anything beyond 
kde in Gentoo, and I wish I had more for that.
