The "-MERGING-ck-sources" indicates that a previous emerge crashed during an install of ck-sources at some point.

1. Run 'emerge unmerge =sys-kernel/ck-sources-2.6.10-r4'. 
2. Remove the "-MERGING-ck-sources" directory under /var/db/pkg
3. emerge ck-sources again.
