The net-misc/nx-x11-1.4.0-r3.ebuild needs to have a dependency on media-libs/jpeg, which provides jpeglib.h.  If this file is missing, the build will fail.  This bug will only show up on machines that have not yet installed anything that depended on media-libs/jpeg.  

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Unmerge media-libs/jpeg (only if it is installed already).
2.  Emerge net-misc/nx-x11.

Actual Results:  
The build will fail when it cannot find jpeglib.h while compiling the nxcomp
library.  

Expected Results:  
Had media-libs/jpeg listed as a dependency and required its installation first.
