"spicepp is a preprocessor for berkeley spice3f5. It adds support for some structures commercial spices provide. Useful additions include .meas, .param, .lib, .globals, inline comments and equations Check out spicrprm also as a complementary package."

spicepp-0.2.2.ebuild

First crack at this ebuild. Not sure about versions of perl this would be
compatible with, so I left the dependancy generic. No build-time dependancies,
except for gzip and tar I guess. :-)

In portage as sci-electronics/ng-spice-rework, see < http://sourceforge.net/forum/forum.php?forum_id=820532> where it is announced this (400+ days ago) along with the fact that the project has no files for download.
