GStream and associated libraries should not depend on gnome instead, compile the gnome specifc bits based on the gnome USE flag.

According to the gstreamer website there isn't any dependency on a specific platform (KDE or GNOME). Someone who wishes to keep there system GNOME free can't and still use GStreamer.
