Description Brad Laue (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2005-01-18 20:11:46 UTC
I have set my EAddress, ECalendar and EToDo conduits in gnome-pilot to sync using my Exchange account.

The conduits succeed in syncing my addressbook and when they move on to ECalendar, evolution-exchange-connector hangs or segfaults, leaving gnome-pilot in a hung state.

The palm is connected using USB. I don't have a serial cradle with which to test, but I think the issue lies with the ximian-connector.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure an Exchange account within evolution, complete with items in the calendar (I can provide an Exchange account if this is needed)
2. Set gnome-pilot's ECalendar plugin to sync using the Exchange account as the resource
3. Hit the hotsync button

Actual Results:
evolution-exchange-connector hangs or crashes, leaving gpilotd in a hung state.

Expected Results:
Sync should proceed normally.

any sort of backtrace available?

i'm going to put in a new version of gnome-pilot sometime soon. but i can't tell whether the bug is in evolution or gnome-pilot without a backtrace.
