Turck-MMCache can be removed from the tree after eAccelerator is in (any day now). I do not understand, however, the licensing issue. See this discussion: http://sourceforge.net/forum/forum.php?thread_id=986362&forum_id=236228 "When Debian is distributing PHP and MMCache binaries as part of their distribution, they are violating the GPL licence." However, the end conclusion that doing it as source code instead of binaries is perfectly legal. This is what I meant: We are a source-based distribution and are not affected by this. Closing as INVALID. |
