This patch allows:

1- To add the configuration of the mouse detected to the file '/etc/conf.d/gpm'. Thus we can stop or start the service of the mouse in the console when we want. 

2- To control when to execute the service gpm. If we do not put 'console' in the line of kernel it is that we are going to execute the X, and therefore is not necessary to execute this service.

I've added this to CVS minus one change.  We don't want to have to add the "console" line, so I've left it out.

Without the line console, always gpm is executed unless 'nodetect' is indicated.
It would be insteresting for a graphical live-CD that it had the option of not executing gpm. Thus something of memory is saved.

A better way to go about it would be to accept a nogpm command on the command line.  Since livecd-tools is really designed for use on Gentoo LiveCD builds, it only make sense for the defaults to match what we would use.

I'll add a nogpm hook into the next version of livecd-tools.
