Issue: dev-php/pecl-inotify-2.0.0 fails to compile.
Discovered on: amd64 (internal ref: guru_tinderbox)

NOTE:
This machine uses a clang/LLVM toolchain.
If you think that this issue is strictly related to clang/LLVM please block bug 408963..

Can't reproduce with sys-devel/clang-12.0.0-r1[default-compiler-rt,default-lld] or sys-devel/gcc-11.1.0.
