Please find the attached ebuild for the new version of pciutils(2.1.9).

Also, I added a patch which adds the pcimodules utility which is used by linux
hotplug.  This patch is for pciutils-2.1.8 but it applies cleanly to the 2.1.9
source.  Only changes are to the top level Makefile(add pcimodules) and the
pcimodules.c source.

I'm working on an ebuild for hotplug and this version of pciutils with
pcimodules is a requirement.

app-admin/pciutils was moved to sys-apps/pciutils and updated with your ebuild.
