vsftpd.conf.sample is missing "listen=YES" and "background=YES"

Not a "bug" but..

if you try and start the standalone daemon without these options, it tells you to add them to the config. i think that's sufficient

listen=YES and background=YES are now included in the sample config

They are commented out if the xinetd USE flag is set, otherwise they are active

Fixed in 2.0.3
