Security bugs often track CVEs (among other identifiers). This data is duplicated between the alias and summary fields, unecessarily in my opinion. Whissi says eliminating the duplication isn't possible due to the necessity of associating CVEs (et al) with the bug summary. I think this is possible to fix by simply displaying the alias alongside the summary wherever relevant, so we need to enumerate where this would need to be done.
