ebuild for ldvd, a little perl/gtk gui tool for dvd ripping.

There is already an ebuild on bugzilla, from an earlier version.

Now it works without patching, and lsdvd is not used anymore. Instead a tool named ldvd-ls will be build (no binary that is only copied).
