could be /usr/lib a better solution? or where can I find a standard for gentoo file location (beside FSH)? i have no idea what ntlmaps is so i cant tell you where it should be ... in terms of Gentoo filesystem policy, one doesnt exist because i havent written it up from the QA thread yet it is basically a proxy, like squid. Beside configuration and docs, the package is all under /usr/ntlmaps. then it should probably be broken up to install files in the correct locations binaries -> /usr/bin libraries -> /usr/lib shared non-arch-specific-files -> /usr/share/ntlmaps config files -> /etc/ntlmaps etc... version bumped to 0.9.9 hopefully, the stink of windoze have been removed. now this program gets installed in the traditional *nix way. |
