Are you sure they’re unneeded? Yes, .la files are useless and should be deleted after compilation finished. I'm using calf plugins with media-sound/pulseeffects, it works perfectly without ones. By the way, last media-plugins/calf-0.90.3-r1 didn't installing .la files anymore. Try removing .la files from imagemagick and seeing whether it still works. |
