as per the wiki , I would like to request basic access .

for brevity , and at lunch break I filed this... 
 

 per your wiki.. , simple request for basic access , package not fixed or bumped ? if possible FIX IT myself.. less writing out bug reports 



Need to I can fill out the formal bug report template 
 per that wiki... too..

(some projects have 10 pages "WAR N PEACE" on  bug report templates --which none are fans of.. esp me.. ) 

( sure theirs a dictation tool i can emerge latter for better reports.)

short simple , set up a local guru for pulls.. ask for privileges, per directions,

The point is that complaints were filed against you that you never addressed.  We're not adding you unless you resolve these problems.
