When emerging cabal-3.0.1.0 with ghc-8.10.4, cabal complains:


Warning: Unknown/unsupported 'ghc' version detected (Cabal 3.0.1.0 supports
'ghc' version < 8.10): /usr/bin/ghc is version 8.10.4


Later, portage stops with an error:

setup: Encountered missing or private dependencies:
base >=4.3 && <4.14

I can't test right now whether the error disappears when downgrading ghc, but I thought that it might be useful to add <dev-lang/ghc-8.10 as a dependency to cabal-3.0.1.0.ebuild.
