meson.build:86:1: ERROR: Problem encountered: Building with -Dtray=enabled, but libsystemd and libelogind have not been not found

elogind and systemd are disabled across the whole system.
Only seatd USE flag is enabled in sway and wlroots.

Reproducible: Always

Please attach full build.log and emerge --info when reporting build failures next time (even if it doesn't seem needed), but I can reproduce.

It turns out that sway-1.6 will start supporting seatd properly.
