I see open bugs about test failure. Atm I'm reproducing the issue on x86. Can you clarify if you want to care about tests or we should stabilize while the tests are failing? Thanks.

I cannot reproduce the issue.  Connection reset by peer also sounds like something that's not related to dulwich per-se.  Perhaps the failure is because of some system setup?  I have no idea.
