To clarify: the issue is about the message when installing the kernel. THe symlink itself points to the correct location: root@gnpc ~ # ll /usr/src total 8.0K lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 24 Mar 10 07:01 linux -> linux-5.11.5-gentoo-dist/ drwxr-xr-x 24 root root 4.0K Mar 10 07:04 linux-5.11.4-gentoo-dist/ drwxr-xr-x 24 root root 4.0K Mar 10 07:03 linux-5.11.5-gentoo-dist/ I think I see the problem. Will fix in a few minutes.
