problem is: newconfd ${FILESDIR}/openntpd.conf.d ntpd "newconfd" has an ugly bug, that it only works, if ${D}/etc/conf.d already exists. It does NOT (!) create this dir and that's the reason why it silently fails. Always check the created files in the image-dir, when writing (and before releasing) an ebuild!
