Please add ~arm64 keyword.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge 0ad
Actual Results:  
Doesn't build due to missing keyword.

Expected Results:  
Should build out of the box.

~arm64 keyword was present in 0.0.23b, but for some reason was removed.

Thanks. FWIW, I'm quite vigilant with dropped keywords normally, but this package has been quite "special". It's not been clear if we were going to keep it at all for a while, then several rounds of fixes were needed.

Anyway, it's ready now, so let's restore it -- sorry for forgetting to file this sooner (it's only been fixed for < a day though, so not too bad!)
