Tabs opened in a vivaldi-snapshot browser window can't be closed after a while, possibly after downloading a PDF file -- hints in Vivaldi Forum's URL above.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a vivaldi-snapshot window.
2. Open tabs at different URLs. In my case the problem started with several tabs opened at https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/..., while reading articles -- login access is needed :-/
3. Download a PDF of one of the above article.
4. Try to close any tab by any means (Ctrl+W, clicking the "x", ...).
Actual Results:  
Can't close any tab.

Expected Results:  
Any tab can be closed.

The workaround reported at Vivaldi's forum doesn't seem to work for me.

I've masked this version. Expect a new snapshot soon or use the older version.
