Hello

Please find the attached ffmpeg2theora-0.12.ebuild.  ffmpeg2theora is a program to convert all formats readable by ffmpeg to Ogg Theora/Vorbis.  I do not have access to Gentoo systems other than x86, so I have been unable to test other platforms.

I suggest this be put into the tree as media-video/ffmpeg2theora.

Since March 13. there is version 0.13
Only changing the ebuild to use the other file worked here.

of course, once the source file is on the mirrors, the 0.12 ebuild can be used
without change (except the filename of course).
