This is a bit delayed but I think we should do it for posterity/the record, as some users are confused that we haven't yet.

I'll do it and filing this so I don't forget.

(We've done in in the past, so the precedent is part of what is confusing.)

Believe that's already planned, but I'd like to remind to add a mention of not doing --oneshot portage to these news items.

Even if portage's warning is removed in the future, will still affect old installs or people doing it out of habit.
