One comment starts with @ instead of # in the ppc version of /etc/pcmcia/config.opts. This doesn't seem fatal but is reported by cardmgr.
The original file has name ppc.config.opts in the portage files. On ppc, this file is used for installation of /etc/pcmcia/config.opts.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install the pcmcia package (3.2.7, 3.2.7-r1 or 3.2.7-r2)
2. Launch /etc/init.d/pcmcia start

Actual Results:  
cardmgr[12754]: error in file './config.opts' line 24: syntax error
