mod_encoding-20021209-r1's configuration hasn't been updated to use the IfDefine MODULE syntax in it's configuration.

I have figured out the procedure for modifying mod_encoding-20021209 to run with support for apache2 under Gentoo (or at the very least, it compiles and installs).  However, I do not know how to create an ebuild file nor do I know how to write patch files.  I would be willing to submit my desciption of the procedure I used to do this, but would need help working out the details of ebuilds and patches.  Just let me know.
