When i copy&paste the header listed at http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/devrel/handbook/handbook.xml?part=2&chap=1#doc_chap2 repoman complains with ebuild.badheader

Steps to Reproduce:
1. follow the howto
2. repoman --pretend scan
3. look at the output
