x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-g++: fatal error: Killed signal terminated program cc1plus This typically means that you ran out of RAM while building, e.g. the kernel's Out-of-Memory (OOM) killer killed the process. Looking at your RAM, it may be necessary to use MAKEOPTS=-j1 and add more swap than you have now if adding more RAM is not an option (some cc1plus process can use up to 2-3GB each) *** Bug 770010 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** You are correct. I changed MAKEOPTS="-j1" and attempted an emerge and it worked. Thank you! |
