* You may want to add USE flag 'abi_x86_32' when running a 64bit system
 * When added 32bit GLInject libraries are also included. This is
 * required if you want to use OpenGL recording on 32bit applications.

Any 32bit application in the portage tree requiring simplescreenrecorder to be compiled with USE flag 'abi_x86_32' should have it in it's dependency. Please remove this message, each time that packages is updated I have to consider that message's importance again and again and again.

If you want to keep it, then make it a one time message on first emerge.

Not familiar with this package but injected/preloaded libraries are not dependencies.

It's designed to work with any package that use the original libraries and thus would not (and should not) depend on this one, and then someone may wonder why it doesn't work.

That aside, it may(?) make sense to only show on brand new installs as you suggest, or maybe downgrade to ewarn -- but that's up to the maintainer.
