Description Sebastian 2005-01-04 07:20:51 UTC
Hello!

I synced portage today and emerge wanted to update indent to version -2.2.9-r2. Didn't work:

Making all in man

I got distcc/ccache but it doesn't matter if I disable them. The only way to compile indent seemed to be to disable any parallel build:

MAKEOPTS="-j1"  emerge indent

This way it works.

Sebastian

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to build indent with MAKEOPTS="-j2" emerge --oneshot indent
2.
3.

Actual Results:
emerge fails with

indent builds fine.

same here
Comment 2 C. Dominik Bodi 2005-01-04 08:49:40 UTC
This is a duplicate bug report, close this one and refer to #76610 instead.
Comment 3 Drake Wyrm 2005-01-05 14:17:41 UTC
Also, could somebody reopen 76610? I submitted a patch there which actually fixes the bug, rather than executing a workaround.
