Portage fails with HTTP 404 error while trying to download sources from https://dev.gentoo.org/~jer/dialog-1.3-20200327.tar.gz for dev-util/dialog-1.3.20200327

Please fix your GENTOO_MIRRORS variable. The original tarball may be gone but it's still mirrored.

Mirror list update fixed the problem.
