Created attachment 679026 [details] build.log I maintain the rocketraid62x driver in my personal overlay. When attempting to port the driver forward to 5.x, I needed to make a simple change to the makefile, allowing kernel MAJOR 5. Testing this patch with linux-4.19-146-gentoo results in a normal build. eselect kernel set linux-5.4.80-gentoo-r1, and then try to compile results in a very quick sandbox error that I'm having trouble understanding where it is coming from. Do you have any ideas kernel team?
