Description Dylan Carlson (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-12-29 05:10:51 UTC
I have marked this ~amd64...

...but a bug seems to be evident (at least on amd64, not sure about other archs) with the builtin OSS driver. As mentioned in the ChangeLog, this works fine if you configure the crossfade plugin to use BMP's OSS plugin instead of the crossfader's OSS driver... but it locks up otherwise. By default, it uses the builtin driver which is bad.

I'll see if I can disable the built-in OSS driver of this plugin, because it fails on my x86 as well. (It plays about a second worth of audio then locks up the audio stream)

Unconditionally disabled built-in OSS driver.
Thanks for your report.
