It seems that kdewifimanager losts his configuration. The reason is that the config-file (kwifimanagerrc) is automaticly stored in a wrong directory after editing the configuration via GUI.

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:  
kwifimanagerrc is saved at:
"/usr/kde/3.3/share/apps/11config/kwifimanagerrc"


Expected Results:  
kwifimanagerrc should be saved at:
"/usr/kde/3.3/share/apps/kwifimanager/config/kwifimanagerrc"

Can someone test this patch? I cannot at the moment.

If it works, I can submit upstream for KDE_3_3_BRANCH. This is not a problem
for 3.4 as the code was completely rewritten.

The worked for me with "kde-base/kdenetwork-3.3.2".

I forgot about this bug because I thought it was not appropriate to do a 
version bump just for this fix and I was waiting for new kde revision, which 
didn't arrive, sorry. 
 
I took the occasion from another bug and applied the patch now (in 
kdenetwork-3.3.2-r1).
