when using fluxspace and painter module it fails to load wallpapers complaining about unable to load image.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge fluxbox (~x86)
2.emerge fluxspace (~x86)
3.configure fluxbox to use fluxspace comfigure fluxspace to load an image for wallpaper restart fluxbox

Actual Results:  
image file used for wallpaper fails to load no matter what it is or where it is
located

Expected Results:  
This used to work possible problem is fluxspace is no longer compatible with
version of fluxbox installed.

I found this has something to do with imlib2. Same problem here with imlib2-1.2.0, but not with 1.1.2
