Because of the --disable-alsatest passed to ./configure, alsa plugin wasn't build. Removing this option solved the problem. (it may also be a problem in the configure script) Benoit Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. emerge xine-lib 2. xine --list-plugin 3. Actual Results: -Audio output: oss, none, file.
