Drag and drop from nautilus to gallery-remote.

Put the patch (GR-dnd-gnome.patch) in /usr/portage/app-misc/gallery-remote/files and add the line 
        epatch ${FILESDIR}/GR-dnd-gnome.patch
to src_unpack() in the ebuild.

Works a treat.

This will be taken care of upstream if the Gallery team decides to include this patch.  Gallery 1.5 is due out for RC sometime in January and this should conincide with a Gallery Remote release.  I recommend closing this bug and waiting for the upstream changes.

This has been fixed upstream.  The release hasn't been put out yet, but no need
for the Gentoo team to worry about this any further:
