reassigning to chriswhite, as this seems to be arch independent. I also have this error on x86, seems to be because of the later xorg-x11 versions. Created attachment 46942 [details, diff] xine-lib.diff This is a workaround, that afaik only works with one of the newer >=xorg-x11-6.8.0-r4 The bug was already fixed in -rc8-r1, but I think the fix got lost in 1.0 I am also having this bug, I'm running Xorg 6.8.0-r3. The ebuild spits the exact error of the original bug reporter. This is in an x86 architecture. Same here with x11-base/xorg-x11-6.8.1.901 on ~x86. The attached patch fixes the issue. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 75387 *** mhh.. I hate the bugzilla searchengine... I definetly searched for this bug, but nothing was found..
